Brill. I was a little unsure about buying this book as I was torn between two (this being one) books I had viewed in the library. I took the plunge and I'm really happy with the text. Has American language which infuriates me personally but other than that its a sound book, very clear explanations. An excellent companion to any biology degree. My only issue is I wish I'd bought the hardback as the paperback is getting tired now from being in my bag to much!

arrived on time, in perfect condition, easy to read, as its all set out clearly with coloured diagrams and hopefully it'll help me pass the exam

Good in depth coverage of all the required material with good illustrations. An excellent all round book for undergraduate studies.

Bought this for daughter's university course, she is going to need it next term but has said it will be very useful.

Love this book, it's now my bible. Covers everything in fab detail and the diagrams are really helpful.
